Celebration of Color and Connection at Patina Maldives
From 3–5 March 2026, Patina Maldives, Fari Islands, welcomes the legendary Indian restaurant Khyber for a three-night takeover celebrating Holi—India’s festival of colour, flavour, and connection. Guests are invited to experience shared tables, vibrant dishes, and joyful island gatherings in a setting where heritage meets modern design.
The collaboration blends Khyber’s time-honoured North-West Frontier recipes with Patina’s contemporary, design-led sensibility, offering a dining experience that is both authentic and elevated. The festive menu, created for sharing, reflects the warmth, generosity, and playful spirit of Holi, while the Indian Ocean backdrop adds a sense of occasion to every meal.
Khyber, a cultural landmark for over five decades, has hosted global travellers, dignitaries, and celebrities including Shakira, Brad Pitt, and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer. “This collaboration celebrates authenticity, excellence, and memorable experiences,” say founders Sudheer and Ishaan Bahl.
Tom Bray, Director of Lifestyle at Patina Maldives, adds: “This is about bringing people together through flavour, colour, and easy island energy—a Holi experience that feels communal, celebratory, and elevated.”
