This November, Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa will welcome acclaimed Japanese Chef Kanji Kobayashi, owner-chef of Villa Aida in Wakayama Prefecture, for two exclusive evenings celebrating the artistry, seasonality and refined traditions of Japanese cuisine.

Taking place on 10 and 14 November 2026, the intimate culinary experience will feature a meticulously crafted six-course fine dining menu, offering guests the opportunity to discover Chef Kanji’s distinctive approach to Japanese gastronomy in the spectacular surroundings of Hideaway.
