Japanese chef Norimasa Kosaka returns to Tapasake Maldives for dining events

TAPASAKE Maldives, the destination restaurant located on the private island resort One&Only Reethi Rah, will host Japanese owner chef Norimasa Kosaka for a series of dining events in March 2026. These include a four-hands dining experience in collaboration with resident chef Ahmed Jameel, as well as a dedicated sushi evening at the overwater restaurant.

    • A collaborative menu blending modern Japanese and Mediterranean techniques.

    • An intimate evening featuring a tasting of three crafted dishes paired with premium sake.
    • Price: À la carte (as per consumption).
  • Time: Both events run from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
