Sheraton Maldives Full Moon & Reefscapers mark six-year marine conservation milestone

Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa celebrates six years of partnership with Reefscapers, dedicated to restoring the Maldives’ fragile coral reefs. The collaboration has planted 898 coral frames, supporting approximately 33,000 coral colonies, and includes the successful relocation of coral from Ras Malé to the resort’s restoration sites.

Guests can take part through the Adopt a Coral program, learning from marine experts, naming a coral frame, and receiving growth updates, turning a holiday into a lasting environmental legacy. The initiative combines sustainability, education, and immersive marine experiences, highlighting the resort’s commitment to protecting marine biodiversity while engaging visitors in meaningful conservation.
